• reverse engineering--the process of discovering the technological principles of a device or system through analysis of its structure, function and operation, accomplished by breaking down the process and analyzing it in detail. Thogus can take your existing component and re-create the tooling and processes required for precise duplication. Thus reducing the total cost for you.
• rapid prototyping—we’ve invested significant resources in Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) equipment that allows for the production of prototypes and functional, end-use parts. It shaves time and cost, by correcting errors early in the process.
• metal to plastic conversion--we employ sophisticated 3D scanners to create exact duplicate of metal parts and fittings with our highly engineered polymer components.
