That's why we invested in Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) equipment. This rapid prototyping machine creates a solid 3-D part in as little as 24 hours and without the need for tooling.

Thogus' FDM equipment combined with 3-D scanner capabilities enables prototypes and even functional, end-use parts to be produced in short periods of time and up to a dimension of 16" x 14" x 16" (406 x 355 x 406 mm). Larger dimensions available upon special request. Rapid parts are built one layer at a time and formed exactly to the dimensions in the CAD file, resulting in precise pieces (within ±.005 inch or ± .0015 inch per inch whichever is greater) made from durable thermoplastics.
