T.E.M.P.S., which stands for Thogus Engineered Material Prototype Solution, is our own trademarked process for prototype tooling. This innovative technology is a preliminary step to prototyping your program, without the risk of having to build prototype tooling during the development process.
Our compound injection molding allows you to test a production-intended material early in the process, before you move to the prototype tool or go into production. With the T.E.M.P.S. mold, you can build one component out of the production-intended material without investing in building a tool for prototyping or going into small production runs. The T.E.M.P.S solution is best suitable for working with highly engineered materials.
